How the rider module works
STEP 01
Sign up & verify
Create an account, add your ID, vehicle and a payout method. Approval usually takes 24-48 hours.
STEP 02
Go online
Open the Rider Hub and tap 'Available'. We'll dispatch nearby orders straight to your phone.
STEP 03
Pick up & deliver
Collect from the restaurant, navigate to the customer, and mark the order delivered.
STEP 04
Earn & track
Every delivery shows base fee + tips. Watch your weekly total grow in real time.
STEP 05
Get rated
Customers rate each delivery. Keep a 4.5★+ rating to unlock priority orders.
STEP 06
Cash out weekly
Payouts run every Monday minus a small service fee. Track every transaction in-app.
What you need to start
Basic requirements to join the network.
- 18+ years old with a valid national ID
- A motorbike, bicycle or car (and a valid license if motorised)
- A smartphone with GPS and a data plan
- An insulated delivery bag (we can sell you one)
- An active M-Pesa number or bank account for payouts
